1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the nn999 platform at nn999.co (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the nn999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform. nn999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility

Use of the nn999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. nn999 strictly prohibits access by persons under 18. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and is a prerequisite for withdrawal of funds.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other entity.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of nn999 or any affiliate, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• Local Law Compliance: You are solely responsible for verifying that your access to and use of nn999 complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction, including those of each province of Pakistan. nn999 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Access to or use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited is at the User's own risk and is strictly the User's responsibility.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To place bets or play games on nn999, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during registration, including a valid email address and date of birth.
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your nn999 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify nn999 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one nn999 account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein.

KYC Verification: nn999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nn999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary by method; mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) typically complete within a few hours of approval.
• Verification of Funds: nn999 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending review if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may funds be deposited from a payment method that is not held in your own name. Third-party payment attempts will result in reversal of the transaction and may lead to account suspension.

5. Betting & Game Rules

By placing a bet or starting a game session on nn999, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. nn999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest system error as determined by nn999 in its sole discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at the time stated by the Platform. Bets placed after market closure will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the official result from the governing sports body, the official result shall govern.
• nn999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of insider information, match manipulation, coordinated betting, or any other form of integrity breach.
• For live casino and RNG games, the game result as recorded by the game server is final. nn999 is not responsible for outcomes arising from connectivity issues on the User's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per market or game are displayed within the Platform interface and are subject to change.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

nn999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotions to registered Users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms:

• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• nn999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonus winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of errors, or collusion.
• Participation in any nn999 promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion's specific terms and these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

nn999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. The following tools are available to all registered Users and may be accessed via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Timed notifications showing session duration and net balance change.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend access to your nn999 account. Activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nn999 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating multiple accounts (bonus abuse, arbitrage, or circumventing account restrictions).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or with nn999 employees to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your nn999 account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nn999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and source code — is the exclusive property of nn999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of nn999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• nn999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• nn999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• nn999's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

nn999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, nn999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address on their account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable platform terms under which nn999 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts specified in nn999's platform operating terms. Nothing in this clause limits nn999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
